Returns are accepted solely for damaged or defective products.

Cutopia does not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Our customized arrangements are crafted to the highest standards.

If you receive a damaged or defective bouquet, please get in touch with us at cutopiaastudio@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter. Approved refunds for damaged or defective arrangements will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that each rosebud may vary slightly in size and shape, and rose colours may appear differently in photos due to lighting variations.

Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order, as all our products are made to order. Cancellations and refunds are unavailable for customized floral arrangements or orders already prepared, dispatched, or in transit.

All order cancellations will incur a $50.00 AUD administrative fee. To request a cancellation, please email cutopiaastudio@gmail.com with your order number.

SHIPPING

When returning an item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
